One step closer to my Ideal Day!
I have been a horrible blogger lately!!! So sorry my friends! So while I was at Making Things Happen we wrote down our Ideal day. Well I tried to make my ideal day happen when I came back and it didn’t work out! Well if you don’t know already, you will now know that we are trying to purchase a home! Were suppose to close in T MINUS 8 DAYS!! DO WHAT!!!!!!!!!! So the positive side to this is that I realized in my vision of my Ideal day (eyes closed) that I was in an atmosphere that is bright and inviting… the new home will be just that!!!! So I have decided that all of the steps that I have had to deal with lately are getting me one step closer to my Ideal Day!! So, the frustrating side is that the Underwriting seems to take FOREVER!!! I think they want to stress me out and tell me that we are ready to close on day T MINUS 2! So I am trying to keep myself as calm as possible during this next week… Remembering who is really in control… GOD! IF ITS MENT TO BE IT WILL BE!! (Im hoping I’m not packing for no reason) So, anyone who wants to say an extra prayer for my sanity this week… it will be appreciated!
For now I am addicted to pinterest… searching COLOR palettes to paint the house… thats a mind blowing task… so many options… and I love so many color schemes! I have also found many craft projects that I will soon be doing.. (after editing photos…see below!)
I have been running (except for the last week or so due to sickness… maybe allergic to something) I will overcome this couch to 5k and maybe even fit in my clothes again!! I will be buying some winter running gear soon with this cold weather coming! I have learned that I have a hard time motivating myself but if I meet someone to run… Im all good.. even at 530 AM!! :O DO WHAT!! GO ME…!!!
*In other news… I rode on Cole’s motorcycle! Interesting miles I do have to say! I swear I thought I was going to fall off! SISSY BAR PLEASE!!! I dont care if they are $130!!! I told him “this seat was not made for girls that have curves (lower half of course)!” Besides feeling like my rear end was about to meet the tire… I can see how one would “feel free as a bird!”
Photography has been crazy busy! I love that I get to spend time with Crys! I love that I have a great partner and I love the great couples and families that we work with! I have been editing like crazy on my days off and after work! I can’t wait til I consume more of my time doing these things that I love!
I think that SC has changed me…. after our vintage photo shoot I have decided that I LOVE mason jars and yellow/white gingham. The southern girl is blooming inside of me!
Keep moving forward,
Dana
